Finals in volleyball for men in the group "B" held from February,1 up to February,7 2011 in Minsk on the sports-based educational establishment "Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University”. All in all 130 athletes from 12 institutions providing higher education took part in the competition.

All in all competition was attended by 83 athletes from eight universities.
